GSA Contract
Basic requirements in order to qualify for a GSA Contract:
- Are the Products or Services You Offer in Demand by Government Agencies?
- Your company should have been operational for over two years. (Exceptions may apply for businesses operating for less than two years.)

- For service providers, can you showcase a track record of projects in the last two years that match the size and complexity outlined in the solicitation's scope of work?
- For those selling products, do these items comply with the requirements of the Trade Agreements Act?
Additionally,
Financial Review by GSA Contracting Officer: Includes assessment of credit rating, financial statements, revenue, and tax returns. Tax defaulting or negative revenue may require additional paperwork and explanations.
Business Plan Requirement: Submission of a detailed business plan with a clear execution strategy for GSA contracts.
Resource Proof: Demonstration of adequate resources to effectively execute GSA contracts.
Minimum Sales Threshold: Must achieve a minimum of $25,000 in annual sales.
Trade Agreement Act (TAA) Compliance: Mandatory adherence to the TAA, which dictates acceptable countries of origin for products.
Manufacturer Support Letter: For distributors or resellers, a manufacturer support letter is required for every product.
Sales History Documentation: Provision of sample invoice copies to showcase sales history and pricing strategies.
